The Missouri Baseball Coaches Association has released their 2010 preseason polls for all four classes. The Warriors, the defending Class 2 State Champions, will start the 2010 campaign ranked first in Class 2. Strafford, who the Warriors beat 6-2 for the State Championship last season, will be #2 in the initial poll. Plattsburg, the Warriors 2009 semifinal opponent, start #3. Clearwater, a possible quarterfinal opponent for the Warriors, hold the #4 position in the poll.

The Warriors' season starts Friday March 19 at home against the defending Class 3 State Champions Cape Notre Dame Bulldogs. The Bulldogs will start the 2010 season ranked #1 in Class 3. Full schedule for the Warriors to come soon.
